Inconsistent when it comes to cleanliness, but a hidden gem regardless
Pros:

Location and convenience. I rave about this place to my friends and family but this visit seemed off. I’ve also extended stays because I love the hotel so much. The subway is less than 60 feet away

Cons:

It felt like the staff just cleaned the bed and nothing else. Food was left in the fridge. Hair was on the bathroom sink and the toilet looked like someone just flushed. The bedside draw was sticky and the floor was dirty. The toilet seat and the bathroom sink were coming off of the wall. Extremely uncomfortable. I also called ahead to ask if I can add a name to my reservation. Someone said they would call back in 10mins and never called. So when I seen the room I immediately asked for a new one. I was told there were no more rooms with a balcony and someone would come to clean out the fridge. Someone comes, but he just took the food out of the fridge and drinks out of the freezer. Didn’t wipe anything down just left like he was doing me a favor. Normally everything is perfect.

Not offered. Zero hospitality at this hotel.

Cons:

The room curtain is inadequate. Noisy A/C - dripped. The room lights over the bed area are harsh with no dimmer. One light is out over the closet area. Polished cement floor a bit sticky, bathroom nice, but dust/dirt on tile trim and outlet tops. Often overlooked areas. No drinking cups. Disposable would have been fine. The bed was very comfortable.

Bof, mais bien placer.
Pros:

Situation géographique vraiment top

Cons:

Sol collant, climatiseur qui faut trop de bruit , aucune isolation phonique (entend les voisin parler, la musique, faire l'amour, ect... ) obligation de prendre ascenseur car escaler bloquer par des encombrent.

Pros:

I like that it was not noisy on the halls

Cons:

I think the room had a few things that could have been fixed. The walls could use new paint, look a little dirty. Bathroom fixtures could of been changed , some where broken. The bathroom vent was very loud needed to be fixed. The rooms wasn't so private , you could here the conversation in the next room.

Kann man weiterempfehlen
Pros:

großes gemütliches Bett (Kingsize), Heizung, sehr gute Ausstattung, haben ohne Probleme eine zweite Decke bekommen, Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert, alles super. Es gibt einen Getränkeautomaten aber auch einen 7-Eleven in der Nähe.

Cons:

der Betonboden ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und schief, im Bad war es immer kalt, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau

Very basic hotel, with issues, poor value for money.
Pros:

Convenient location. Effective air-con/heating. , which was needed as room was cold, without effective double glazing.

Cons:

Concrete floor, no carpets, very noisy with regular refuse collection outside every morning at around six am, hair drier unserviceable, took two days to fix. One very thin duvet. Decor was poor with areas of crumbling plaster. No chair or seating.
