Even though I booked and paid well in advance hotel kept messaging me to pay for the room. At the end we did not stay here just to pay double price. I have read reviews and I wasn't the first one for this to happen. I am still waiting for booking agent to come back to me with an update when I will receive my refund
Decor is good and breakfast is decent.
I was double charged at check in (had already paid through booking.com for the room prior to arrival). I received a notification at instant through my bank and showed the staff. However not a single staff member spoke English, and even when translating the receptions were completely clueless and thought I was asking to book a second room. The manager had some understanding of the situation. Luckily best western support online & booking.com attempted to aid me and in the end only thanks to booking.com I was refunded. The room itself was good but had some stains, the area is really bad.
We enjoyed our stay in this fine hotel. Room was big and clean, the beds were comfy. Facilities to make tea/coffee. Nice atmosfere in breakfast restaurant. Kind staff always smiling .
The key-cards constantly needed refresh, 9 times in 3 days.

We stayed after trekking in Wamena. Very friendly, super clean, rooms are big and comfortable, staff is helpful, kind and generous.
We really got good experience here, they helped us with everything we needed.
Breakfast Buffet is very tasty.

Cleanliness is just one step short of perfect, with stray hairs and some drain flies in the toilet
