We were given a free extended check out on our return flight being rescheduled to a later time. Special mention to reception, breakfast and room cleaning staff and in particular to Deshan who gave us a lot of help and advice re venues for restaurants, shopping and train services for travel to Verona.

I thought the staff was excellent. Very personable and attentive to individuals needs. They went above and beyond. House keeping did an excellent job! The extra touch was in room treats for guest that are replaced daily. Although I didn't use it much I appreciate it. The breakfast had many options. The coffee was excellent too!

Nice Hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

You can tell the hotel is new, everything feels new and solid and the fittings feel nice and expensive.

The staff were really helpful after we had an issue with the A/C in our room and made sure we were moved to a more comfortable room. That issue was the only reason it wasn’t given 5 stars.


The pool was really nice as an option to do some exercise or relax, if only a touch small so 2 people couldn’t comfortable swim lengths.

Overall i would absolutely stay here again.
