Hostel muy limpio y moderno
Pros:

El alojamiento está en el centro de Augsburg. Las camas son muy cómodas y las instalaciones son modernas y están muy limpias.

Cons:

La entrada a las habitaciones es un poco desagradable porque entras por la parte de atrás del restaurante y huele un poco mal. El check in fue fácil porque llegamos en horario de apertura del restaurante, no sé si en otro horario hubiese sido más complicado. No quisieron guardarnos las maletas al día siguiente. Además, uno de mis amigos perdió sus gafas y no pusieron de su parte para ayudarnos si aparecian.

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern dort, hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer und können uns wahrlich gar nicht beschweren. Fü
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist direkt im Zentrum, die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön, Duschen und WC auf dem Flur war auch total ok.
Es könnte noch etwas sauberer sein, war aber auch nicht wirklich dreckig.

Cons:

Keine Haken zum Aufhängen der Jacken. Die Wendeltreppe zu den Zimmern ist mit den Koffern schon sehr herrausfordernd.

Une chambre avec 3 lits pour 1 personne, c’est votre problème moi je voulais seulement 1 lit pour mois mais j’attendais une chambre propre et nettoyé des déchets des gens avant moi ! Mais ça n’empêche pas de nettoyer le sol et les lits / poubelles de la chambre !!! Une horreur !
Les chambre ne sont pas isolées entre elles! À côté de moi; les gens ont toussé toute la nuit.
La porte extérieure / l’entrée de nuit n’est jamais fermée, il y’a un digicode mais qui ne serait donc à rien : il y a des gens qui se promenent dans l’hôtel la nuit car ils savaient que c’était ouvert ! Et 0 caméra !
Cet hôtel a été fait seulement pour accueillir l’Oktoberfest ! Y a que dans ces moments là qu’on accepte le prix pour cette qualité 0.

Check in was a disaster. There were two of us guests with the same last name and the hotel clerk only found the other man's reservation.This rude man checking me in continually insisted that I had to pay for the room although I had previously paid in advance through Expedia. After I explained and showed him my booking on my phone, he then conceded and gave me my room without any apology whatsovever. The rooms are more like dormitory facilities -- no toilet nor shower in the room, only shared facilities in the hallway. I had to walk 3 flights of dirty and dusty stairs (no lift) and am glad that I only had a light overnight bag with me. I'm shocked that Expedia has this "hostel" hotel as one of its listed properties. Avoid staying here at all costs!!

Die Schlafräume und Bäder sind komplett neu und tip top sauber, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.
Als Zwischenstop wirklich eine tolle Möglichkeit.

Superb conversion of a classic old deco cinema into a brewery and bar. Clean room, excellent location, amazing view from our room, clean bath room and toilet. The stairs were a bit smelly - carpet needs cleaning more often.
