Southern Comfort Suites

Humungous room. Tons of space, great bed and convenient mini kitchen. Bathroom decent but lacked grab bars. Parking was easy.

The idea of the duplex is great but I called and they stated that the bedrooms and baths were private. One bed is in the living area and the other is private. The floors were very dirty and we had to sweep them. Bathrooms were clean. There is coffee available but no coffee pot. Also there is no ice machine .

Dirty, old furniture and hard beds. In busy street. People party in the breeze way until midnight

Very large rooms but the property is old and dirty. The carpet smells and the furniture is stained. The beds are old and you will feel every coil.

People gather outside the rooms and drink beer and play loud music until midnight. The property is on a main road and you will hear truckers all night.

Go somewhere else. Overpriced!!!

The room was spacious, but needed updating. Overall, the property looked rundown and needed lots of maintenance.

I have stayed here several times but this time was terrible. I booked the suite the toilet in the bedroom was clogged very bad. A plunger was used but a plumber was needed. I went to the office for more towels no one available/there. I called the hotel number I was told they would be returning in about two hours YES TWO HOURS! This was Sun. June 15, (Father's Day) I stayed two nights Sat. June14, -Mon. June 15, In the office they do have a cabinet with cups, bowls,utensils,sugar,cream,coffee, etc...Whatever you need is at your fingertips but when staff leaves the premises and will be gone for a long period of time towels should be put out! Air lent hanging from the ceiling. One light bulb out. I usually don't complain but this stay was not good. A brand new Hampton Inn will be opening very soon. I look forward to staying there when I return.

So the property looked great when we first arrived it was clean and very comfortable. The A/C didn't work properly it went completely out by the morning after we arrived, the bathroom door knob was broken, and we saw three roaches. They advertised daily maid service however no one ever cleaned the room or even came to collect dirty towels and trash. It wasn't a horrible stay but definitely not worth the $480 for 3 night stay. I don't think there will be a return stay.

We booked a room for king bed, was given a room with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms but told not to use anything extra. Not a fan of being upgraded and told not to use it when we didnt ask to be given extra accommodations.

This is just a nice little hole in the wall place.

Very large condo type stay.

Really nice little place. It’s great that it has a little kitchen and a living room. Nice price in a handy location. Will definitely stay here again.

No TV available, spongy bed. No coffee caffeinated in the room

Cute individual units. Clean and comfortable. A few repairs were needed in our unit otherwise we would definitely stay here again.

Had to make a trip for a family health situation. This hotel was very roomy, comfortable and stocked with minimum supplies. Loved the efficiency apartment feel. Was able to have family come to the room for a visit.

Overall our stay was okay.

This place was perfect for a stay in Mayfield. The room was very spacious. Easy check-in. Very clean.

Our family enjoyed this property. We will likely stay again. Consider getting additional drapes for front window. At night the lights were still bright through it and hard to sleep. But everything else was great.
