まず受付からホテル業務のスタッフでは有りません。ゲストハウスの方が対応が良いぐらいです。朝食付きでホテルの手配をしましたが、朝食は無いとの事で部屋の鍵をくれました。部屋に行ってみるとブレーカーから電源を入れて部屋の電気をつけなければなりません。部屋はお世辞にも綺麗と言えない部屋です。汚いベットに清潔そうで無いシーツをひいていているだけです。掛け布団等はありません。とてもホテルの部屋だとは思えない部屋です。そして定番の虫の楽園です。蝿と蚊、ゴキブリまで在籍してます。とても寝れるような状態ではなかったです。フロントに条件が違いすぎるのでクレームとキャンセルを伝えましたら、朝食は出来ると10分前に言った事を忘れてるスタッフ！朝食はバイキング形式の写真ですが、写真と全く違う部屋等で信じられないスタッフで、キャンセルの旨伝えて別のホテルを手配しました。廃墟巡りのしたい方以外は、泊まるべき価値は無いです。お金を貰っても泊まりたくないホテルです。

・他の方も書いている虫がいた。しかしプラスの点が多いので、気にせずスリッパで追いかけ回した
・スポットクーラーが少しうるさい(パナソニック製のためか、他の宿の別メーカーのスポットクーラーよりは静かだったが)

There were hidden fees that were charged to us when, in fact that our payment should have been around 2,000+, but we were asked to pay more, making it to 3060.

Cockroaches

My boyfriend recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
1. Booking Issues: Upon check-in, the receptionist claimed that his booking didn’t reflect in their system. While system glitches can happen, it was frustrating that he had to rebook on the spot. He selected the same room we previously reserved via Booking.com, which clearly listed free breakfast and late checkout. However, the receptionist insisted those inclusions weren’t valid, blaming Booking.com for the discrepancy. Whether or not that’s the case, the hotel staff should at least verify and take responsibility for the listings posted under their name. It felt like a lack of coordination and accountability.
2. Cleanliness: The room had a serious cockroach problem.
3. Power Issues: When my boyfriend stepped out briefly, they told my boyfriend that he needs to turn off the breaker to shut off the room’s power. This has never happened in other hotels we’ve stayed in, even in cheaper ones. It was a strange and unprofessional move.
4. No Water in the Morning: On the morning of his exam, there was no water at all. The staff, including someone who seemed to be maintenance or a janitor, simply said there was no water available. It didn’t seem like the hotel had a backup water tank either. This caused a lot of stress and inconvenience.
5. Slow Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and barely usable.

Beware: there is an option to prepay for parking but once you get to the property, parking is not guaranteed. Please remove that option. It's dubious. It makes it appear that there is guaranteed parking. The property did try to accommodate, but if it so happens that you arrive and parking in the property's vicinity is absolutely impossible, the only real option is a refund of the parking fees.

Pests, especially cockroach, tiny ones.
