Pros:

The bedding was amazing.

Cons:

No personal touch. Never saw a soul. No snacks in the coffee room. Locks on doors pretty fragile. Also, was charged extra for a private bathroom.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The Rockport House is beautiful and well maintained and the quality of everything was excellent. Would definitely stay there again although it was a bit pricy.

Cons:

Booking.com assigned us a different room than we expected which was not a good surprise. I enjoy the old-fashioned B&B atmosphere where you get to know the host, etc. This is a contact-less, online experience which I try to avoid but this hotel is spotless, beautiful, well maintained and it has a wonderful location.

Pros:

The technology works to come and go as you please without bother. And all the instructions are very clear. Free laundry is a nice touch.

Cons:

No elevator is a bit annoying, but manageable given the notice they provide to plan for it. The heating/ cooling system leaves a bit to be desired it seems the choices are freeze or boil .

Great inn with excellent off-season, weekday rates
Pros:

A beautiful facility within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants and shops and the harbor. At first, I felt anxious about checking in without staff on the premises, but it was extremely easy, felt very safe, and the staff were extremely responsive to texted questions. They let me check out an hour later than usual, and let me leave my car parked there for an extra couple of hours after checkout (parking in town is metered).

Cons:

The toilet seat was a little ill-fitted, but not a big deal. Really, otherwise, everything was perfect!
