The hotel needs to improve its communication with customers. The information provided on booking platforms regarding payment was unclear. On Booking.com, it indicated that payment could be made at the hotel and that immediate payment was not required, and I had also received a booking confirmation. However, upon arrival for check-in, I was informed that the booking had been cancelled due to late payment. I explained that I had a confirmed booking. After I mentioned that I would raise the matter with Booking.com and began writing a complaint, I was then informed that a room had become available and I could proceed with the stay.

We are sorry to say that we did not like anything about this property.
We booked this hotel believing the 3-star rating shown on your platform, but the stay was completely disappointing and misleading. We checked in around 4:00am and checked out by approximately 9:00 am, staying hardly four and a half hours, yet none of our expectations were met.
One of the staff members, Mr. Venu, who was managing the reception at night, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. He was sleeping at the reception desk when we arrived and showed no professionalism or basic courtesy towards guests.
We had already experienced this unprofessional behavior earlier when I called the hotel from Dubai on 27 December at around 8:04 pm (UAE time). Mr. Venu answered the call and spoke in a very unprofessional manner. It honestly felt like calling a local lodge rather than a so-called 3-star hotel.
At check-in, no information was provided about hotel facilities. In the room, we noticed several hygiene and service issues:
• Pillow covers appeared unchanged
• Hand-washing liquid soap was not refilled
• No shampoo was provided
• The booking was for two people, but towels and toiletries were provided for only one person
Due to the late hour and the rude behavior of the reception staff, we did not bother requesting these missing items.
When we asked about hot water availability, we were informed that there was no hot water facility, which is unacceptable for a 3-star hotel.
During complimentary breakfast, the same staff member was managing and closely monitoring who was taking what, which made the experience very uncomfortable. There were no trained staff members, and guests were not treated with respect or given value, despite paying for these services.
Overall, for the short duration we stayed, we could not find a single positive aspect. This property is comparable to a basic lodge and is not eligible for any star-category rating.
