Things stolen out of room
Pros:

Extend the room a couple times and twice it wasn’t acknowledge so they tried to say we didn’t pay and packed up all of our stuffwhile we were at work get back and some things were missing and no one has acknowledged it or tried to give me my money back for things missing

Pretty Good there was Definitely a Good Variety of food for Breakfast, even an option for A pb&j sandwich

Everything was good they need to improve there breakfast they dont cook much an some stuff they cook looked nasty

Cons:

How long we have to wait for the 50.00 fee they hold. Checked out the 11th of this month an still not received it . They have had time to clean an check the room

The staff asked for documentstion on my service animal. Stating that if he was not
Part of a registry he wasn’t a real service animal. This is illegal. Placed in a pet room that smelled so bad of feces that my dog would not enter the room. When asked about moving I was told no that was the only room available for us. I could have air freshener if I didn’t like it but that they would not return my money. Booking. Com is also unable to refund my money. I didn’t stay at the property but still had to pay for it
