Great friendly staff, clean large rooms
Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were quite large and very clean. The hotel itself was close to good restaurants and other shops and a 5 minute taxi from My Dinh bus station. Would chose again!

Choose wisely
Pros:

Picked it for a one night stay before a flight because it was allegedly close to the airport and low cost.

Cons:

The bathroom is mouldy, the location is relatively noisy near a billiard hall (??) so you can hear balls crack as they strike for hours. It is a good 30 mins from the airport and not much of interest around it.

Convenient Spot for Sports & City
Pros:

I had a comfortable stay here. The property is new and modern, with clean rooms and friendly staff. What I appreciated most was the location—right next to the Sheraton and very close to the sports complex, stadium, and athletics facilities. It was convenient both for exploring the city and for attending events nearby. Overall, a quiet and pleasant base in Hanoi

Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, la climatisation et la chambre était propre.
Le personnel est très agréable et m'a permis de laisser mon sac à la réception jusqu'au soir.

Cons:

L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre environ 30mins en scooter Grab (j'avais lu les commentaires) mais moi ça mallait très bien car l'hôtel est proche de la gare des bus (16mins à pieds).

As an American traveler, I felt very well taken care of during my stay. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They spoke both English and Chinese fluently, which made communication easy and smooth. Anytime I needed assistance or had questions, they were quick to help with a great attitude. Excellent Location Near Sports Areas and City Center
Pros:

The location is extremely convenient and easy to get around. It’s only about 300 meters from the National Stadium, the Sports Palace, and the main sports area, which was perfect for my plans. There’s a VinMart right at the entrance of the alley, along with plenty of nearby restaurants, cafés, and bars. Being close to the Sheraton area was also a nice bonus. Getting to the Old Quarter took just around 15 minutes, making this a great base for exploring the city without feeling too crowded.

Pros:

I’m a billiards player and really like this place. There are many pool clubs around, even a big one right next to the stadium. The hotel is also super close to the indoor arena, so it’s very convenient for matches.

Pros:

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was also quite nice. Great value for the money.Even thought the hotel is far away from center of Hanoi there’s a bunch of restaurants and shops nearby for your shopping and even some big malls.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far away from the center of Hanoi so takes around 30 minutes to go there but if you want a bit quieter area it’s good.

Pros:

It was a last min option that was decent enough for us to stay and cheap, we picked this primarily because the in-laws were near by and we just needed a place to store our stuffs. Definitely will NOT stay here again

Cons:

Cleanliness: we had to spend a good amount of time to clean it ourselves to make it adequate to stay; i have to question anyone who said this is clean as is
Noise level: even on 6th floor, you can hear any convo going on outside; staffs are outrageously loud as they are on the floor doing things, it was very disturbing
Comfort: bed was not good, pillow was in fragmented pieces of latex and it was not even
Price transparency: they charged me extra $ because i wanted to pay with card, this is the first time i experienced this
