Advertised view is not same as reality. It's a scam.

Image of the view from the room is misleading. There are 3 huge construction sites around the building which made unbearable noise from morning 7 am to night 10 pm. The construction must have been going on for atleast 6 months. They informed about the construction only 1 day before the booked date, so that if you cancel, they can charge a hefty cancellation fee.
The view is not as advertised. A giant under-construction building blocks the sea view.
The pool shown in the image is not private to the room, it's an intrusive public pool and immediately attached to the room, so people keep coming around and chatting, and you don't get the privacy that a room gives. In my stay, people kept coming throughout the night.
The reception staff was not cooperative at all but hostile. Housekeeping staff was courteous though.

Gute Ausstattung.
Frühstück ok.
Nach der Buchung kam die Information, dass eine Baustelle da ist, leider hatten wir die Bewertungen ausnahmsweise nicht richtig gelesen.

Cons:

Baustelle vor dem Hotel und nebenan.
Sehr laut. Nachts war es ruhig, aber die Arbeiter begangen schon um 7 Uhr.
Schade, so st hätte alles gepasst.

Pros:

Alles Sauber. Personal nett und Hilfsbereit. Besonders der "Gepäck-Junge". 3-4 Min Fußweg zum Strand.

Cons:

Die "Beachfront" wird teils von einer Baustelle und einem kran verdeckt. Die Aussicht vom Pool gibt es so nicht mehr. Zudem ständiger Baulärm bis in die Nacht und früh morgens wieder.

Pros:

Room was great, Breakfast was good

Cons:

The room had a view of a worksite???!!! But Kian (on the front desk) was really great! she tried her hardest to move us to a better room which she did. Top room, But we only stayed one night due to the worksite. She also gave us our money back for the other 5 days. Which was great! Thank you Kian!

Booked through nessisity and found the staff to be fantastic, great welcome and helpful in every way.
Room very very nice with a sea view 👌

Comfortable room, good location and helpful staff
Pros:

Location was good. Not Beachfront which is a little deceptive, but quite close

Cons:

Reception and common areas a little tired , but nothing too bad. Breakfast really was only fair.
