I got 2 rooms for 2 nights each, there was no hot water and when O ask in reception they told me that I had to let it ru

The receptionist were nice.

Cons:

The lady as security guard, she denied us entry in the parking lot, she was extremely rude, even that there was a lot of spots empty she wanted us to park almost a block away not considering that it was almost 10 at night, she said that the spots in the parking lot and on the street next to the hotel, were for other guests, like we were not guests??

Pros:

No se nos quería respetar la reservación que ya estaba pagada.

Querían que pagáramos nuevamente en efectivo, no quisieron revisar el recibo hasta que otra persona llegó con la misma situación.

Al final nos dejaron quedarnos pero ya no me volvería arriesgar con ellos.

It was fine. This is a budget hotel. Don't expect luxury. However, for the price, it is great.
Pros:

It is a good budget hotel. Right across the street is a guy who sold dynamite tamales. That was an added bonus. The bed was very comfortable and the hot water was instant. Loved that part!

Cons:

For the price, there wasn't anything that I didn't like. It did not apply to me but there is limited parking.
