The Q Boutique Hotel

Abee, the receptionist, was super friendly and helpful. She really made us feel welcome in Vietnam. All the other staff was also super kind and helpful! It was clean and the breakfast buffet was very delicious.

The staff were amazing. My friend was very sick when she arrived and the staff were so kind, checking to make sure she was okay, taking her soup and soothing teas free of charge. We stayed over Christmas and they had a little gathering in the lobby on Christmas Day and gave each of us a present.
The hotel was very conveniently located, with lots to see within walking distance.

Staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel was in a very good location for the town.

My stay at the Q boutique hotel was just great. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and with a modern fit, the staff kind and always helpful, and breakfast abundant with a good variety of options.
I stayed for 3 nights, and really felt looked after and taken care of.
Definitely recommended!

Great boutique hotel at the edge of the old quarter, this location was perfect, because it was a little quieter and still writhing 5 minutes walking of the centre. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was great. Staff were friendly.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war rundum gut! Wir hatten einen tollen Service und uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und haben alles Mögliche getan, damit wir uns wohlfühlen.
Es gab morgens Frühstück, das sehr reichhaltig war und eine große Auswahl hatte. Es gab eine Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr gute Größe und ausreichend Platz. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Wir würden definitiv noch einmal das Hotel buchen und waren etwas traurig, dass wir schon abreisen mussten.

Very friendly staff always making sure to take care of our needs. We checked out early before breakfast, but the staff provided a takeaway bag of food.

We stayed over Christmas, and the hotel provided a complimentary buffet spread on Christmas Eve which was a very pleasant surprise. The food was delicious. We very much appreciate the hard work and effort that the staff and team put into it!

The Restaurant staff were truly the highlight of my stay- always so helpful and courteous.

A special mention goes to QA who consistently welcomed me with a warm smile and was always helpful and courteous, both at room service and in the restaurant.

LOCHA - was also incredibly helpful and well conversant in English. Whether at the Restaurant or at reception, he assisted me greatly and made everything so much easier.

The biggest compliment goes to BOB from the Restaurant. Bob genuinely has the qualities of a future Restaurant Manager. Bob takes sincere interest in his guests and has extensive knowledge of the menu. Something as simple as Ma'am can I warm.your croissants?" elevated the entire experience. He even perfected my perfectly brewed cup of strong tea daily with such care. His communication skills in English are excellent. Bob is truly an asset to your hotel.

Breakfast is terrific.Location is in the heart of the action. I found the staff amazing.My wife had a birthday and they brought cake to the room unexpectedly. A very nice touch

Wow wow wow. What a fabulous boutique hotel. From the amazing staff that were the friendliest I have ever stuck anywhere around the world to the lovely comfortable little rooms and the location in Hanoi at the beginning of the old quarters was perfect. Wouldn’t it be amazing to send some of the staff from the Q Boutique to different hotels around the world to really show others how to really make quests feel special. Of course it would never happen in the real world but that’s what I thought honestly. Total 5 stars from me

Perfect location. Beautiful staff and so accomodating. I travel overseas a few times a year and can honestly say the staff were the best in any country Ive ever been to.
