Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at 50 by the Sea. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the beach, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The room and overall hotel were very clean, well-maintained and spacious, making the stay extremely comfortable. The staff were also very helpful, friendly and always ready to assist with anything needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient seaside stay.

Cons:

It would also be very helpful if laundry and ironing services were provided as this would make the stay even more convenient and comfortable.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay in 50 by he Sea, Colombo. The hotel was very well maintained, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The rooftop was a brilliant spot to relax and watch the sunset, which made the experience even more special.

Highly recommended place to stay. Thank you for the great hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

The only minor drawback was that there was no rug or floor mat in the room, which would have made it a bit more comfortable.

Great city beach location.
Pros:

Great location for beach bars and restaurants.
Very safe and secure.
Helpful staff.
Lovely view.

Cons:

Some people may find the location noisy, trains and traffic, but this didn't bother us as it is a city location.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Blick aufs Meer über die Palmen waren super! Wir wurden nett empfangen und das Personal war lieb! Unten gab es eine Security, was sich sicher angefühlt hat! Ausstattung war auch top!

Nice room but a little too loud
Pros:

It was a very modern, clean and comfortable room!

Cons:

The big street and the train right in front of the building was unfortunately very loud. It was also a little further away from Colombo city center than we would've thought.

Okay, would probably stay somewhere more quiet.
Pros:

It was clean, the bed was big and comfy. Shower worked well and the AC too.

Cons:

No soundproofing at all, when the trains go by in the morning feels like it's driving through the house.
