Beliggenheten, 8. etasje og rommet.
Flere ganger spurt om hvilket romnr jeg hadde ved frokosten. Ble presentert et skjema hvor jeg skulle skrive romnr og navn + eventuelt tips når jeg forlot. Irriterende! Ble også litt overrasket når jeg brukte hotell parkering som viste seg å ligge ca 1 km unna. Med en kostbar leiebil så var det litt ugreit å tenke at noe kunne hende. Ble ikke opplyst om det ved ankomst.
Absolutely one of our fav hotels on this 3 month trip in italy. Staff i will say made me feel like I was in Dubai. Absolutely fantastic. Bar, Pool & Rooftop magical
I would have loved a bath in room but also disappointed on last night when Lady came to do turn-down we told her we were leaving in 15 min and to come back she said yes but she didn't. We were left with no clean towels or toilet paper. Had to call up for toilet paper. Really only disappointing. But also for the price of room I think a continental breakfast should be provided. Anything more should be charged

Despite a little hiccup on check-in (being double billed for everything) the staff were superb, rooms are well finished and have everything you need. Breakfast is great up on the top floor. Location is perfect for the central sights and 5/10mins from the metro. Loads of restaurants up towards Brera area.
Loved it - new hotel, centrally located. Generous rooms. Great rooftop pool. Service was exceptional.
