The room was exactly the same as shown in the photos
Pros:

This was my first time visiting Hoi An city. I found this hotel very suitable for solo travelers, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The surrounding streets and nearby beach were not very clean.

Nice, peaceful place for the most part.
Pros:

An open airey place outside the bustle of old town Hoi An . The beach is close by , nice to walk .

Cons:

There is a construction site next door. I had to walk to find a restaurant , morning market.

Ingannato dalle recensioni.Si trova in una zona isolata, con cantiere vicino, spazzatura ovunque, anche in spiaggia, camere con porta con il vetro,il bagno puzza. Arrivato e partito.

La gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner, la propreté.

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre après la première nuit, et ensuite, tout fut parfait. Alors demander une chambre du côté de la mer, et non de la rue.

Zelo prijazno osebje, vse pohvale, vedno so bili na voljo in vse uredili, zaslužijo si biti v boljših nastanitvah.

Cons:

Hotel je zastarel, okolica in pogled z balkona na zapuščeno gradbišče je grozno. Tega pogleda ni na nobeni sliki. Obala umazana. Lokacija ni najboljša.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr sauber, die Zimmer werden täglich gesäubert, leckeres Frühstück, nur zwei Minuten zum Strand, nach Hoi An nur 12 Minuten per Auto (Grab). Die Betten waren nach meinem Empfinden sehr rückenfreundlich, eher hart für mich gut.

Jeden Morgen gab es um, ich glaube ca. 6 Uhr von einem einige hundert Meter entfernten Lautsprecher vietnamesisches Radioprogramm, wohl zur Information der Bevölkerung, dann heißt es Fenster zu,

Pros:

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình, họ sẵn sàng giúp đỡ và làm hài lòng bạn trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Biển rất đẹp, bạn chỉ cần đi bộ 1 đoạn ngắn là tới bãi biển. Tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ thật yên bình tại đây cùng với bạn của mình.
