Pros:

トゥールスレンまで６分ほどで歩いていけるので良かったです。
スタッフは若く、常に複数人いるので、手際もよく、快適でした。
到着が夜中でしたが、事前に時間を知らせておくとチェックインがとてもスムーズに終わりました。

Cons:

部屋のアメニティが日に日に増えていった点です。
最初、部屋に何もなく、たぶんバスタオルは入れ忘れかなと思い、フロントに伝えて貰いました。またボディソープが空でした。
しかし翌日にはバスタオルがしっかり部屋入れされ、シャンプーとボディソープが満タンになっていました。
またその翌日にはハンドソープがセットされてました（無くて地味に困っていた）。
ただ、最後までテレビのリモコンの電池は入ってないままでした。（ちなみにNHKワールドうつります）

Hay cosas mejores a 10 metros
Pros:

Esta bien ubicado en buena zona. A poco rato en tuk tuk de todo.
Las habitaciones están muy bien, son amplias aunque sin armario. Están limpias.

Cons:

El personal de recepcion no habla bien inglés y cuesta entenderse con ellos. Les dijimos que nos cobraran dos habitaciones dos noches y a la mañana siguiente nos dijeron de pagar la segunda noche, pero les dejamos claro el día de antes que queríamos dos.. por suerte el hotel de en frente vale solo 2 dólares mas la noche y cuenta con gimnasio, piscina, suites y un personal que te explica absolutamente todo super bien y responde tus preguntas. Entienden todo.. así que no hicimos la segunda noche y nos fuimos.
Nos dieron habitacion en la planta 6 y el ascensor no funcionaba. Aún así, para los estándares de Camboya, el hotel es correcto, pero comparado con el de delante, es peor.

Good location to stay for 2-3 days. Price is low, so it's expected that smth will not work properly
Pros:

Responsive and polite stuff. Good location. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Noise (I have to ask to change the room).
Smell from bathroom.
How water in shover is unpredictable.

Pros:

All very good! A short tuk tuk from riverside and the epicentre. But a 10 minute ride and £2 sorts that out.☺️

Pros:

I book the location for 2 nights stay on booking.com end up when I got to check in; they said they dont have room available for my booking. And I asked so why you allow user to do the booking? they give me pretty unreasonble awnser.

Cons:

If the room is out, they shoudl have called or e-mail ahead of time. Not until I show up at the location then tell me this. What is the point of booking in advance.

Très bon hôtel, confortable et bien situé.
Pros:

J ai aime y prendre mon café le matin et y jouer au billard le soir. La kitchenette avec micro-onde est bien pratique ainsi que la buanderie pour repasser le linge. Par dessus tout j ai aimé la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.
