Clean and comfortable room.

Stranded at Heathrow overnight after a missed flight. Very helpful and kind receptionist. Compact and very clean and comfortable room.

Hospitality is 10/10 food was exceptional in the morning have recommended this hotel to my whole family exceptional staff very friendly and quick response time me and my wife had a great stay

Wonderful small boutique hotel. Very welcoming and clean , comfortable and lovely breakfast .
Only downside was the pillows were a bit big and chunky so softer ones would have been nicer but otherwise a great stay and would definitely go back .

Was very pleasantly suprised. To be honest knowing the location my expectations were low. But this hotel is a real Gem. The room was spotless, with all the facilities you need. The location is great.

We arrived earlier than planned and the guy on the reception allowed us to check in and let us in our room early. The room is very clean with brilliant facilities.
Although not in the ‘best’ of areas the hotel grounds and facilities make up for this.

Great staff and clean modern room

While the location is in a residential area - and doesn't look that good at first sight, it's actually a very good hotel, with all the latest conveniences. We were impressed. And the staff were terrific, helping us to get to a bus to Heathrow.

Great boutique hotel close to Heathrow Airport

I arrived late at night. The guy on reception was really welcoming and helpful. I had a heavy case and there's no lift, but he sprinted up to the first floor with my case.
The room was fairly basic but clean and tidy and has tea/coffee. The shower was good.
I had to go into London before my flight. I left my cases in the room and they were ready by reception on my return.
It's worth considering this hotel if you're flying from Heathrow. Yes, the taxi fare is a bit more but the hotel price is competitive and includes breakfast.

Everything Wonderful

This was a great budget-friendly spot. With just a 20 minute walk or short bus ride to the train station, it was very easy to commute in and out of the city. Staff was friendly and rooms were kept cleaned.

Nice and clean room

The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, a most enjoyable experience from such a quaint boutique hotel.

Radu was very helpful with regards to parking. Unfortunately guests were parking in our spot but Radu immediately rectified the situation and we were able to park. Bed was so comfy and room clean. We would not hesitate to book a room here again. Lovely little hotel!

Loved every minute of my stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very stylish yet comfortable. Was in London during the tube strike but no problem as the Elizabeth line was easily accessible and running. There are plenty of restaurants around. There was also safe parking for my car. Lovely place to stay can only recommend.

Cannot say secure parking was exactly secure definately not worth £20, but hotel itself was clean and welcoming, the rooms comfortable, dont think exactly as described.
