Pros:

Lovely staff, comfortable beds. Good washing machine and dryer. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Water was only warm, not hot. Bathroom mirror power button glows at night. Doors bang closed, waking others.

Great hotel in the heart of Xi’an within proximity of most major landmarks.
Pros:

Amazing location, spacious beautiful rooms and friendly English-speaking staff. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel felt new, the rooms seemed to be freshly renovated (or at least well taken care of).

Cons:

Just a small comment on cleaning- more effort should be done in that regard. I will not elaborate.

Staff were so kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was excellent.

Cons:

Maybe more true western breakfast. But in saying that, there was a lot of choice and the chef was exceptional.
