We arrived at 3 am and were welcome by staff who also offered food and juice +
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Good bathroom. It was very clean.

Cons:

There were two wall hooks to hang a coat. No where to hang clothes!

Super clean and convenient
Pros:

Super clean, modern, comfy bed & sheets, onsite water/coffee, onsite parking, helpful staff, fab location to Marin & bay, great value.

Cons:

There is a 1” gap under the front door that lets in significant air, and possibly rodents and spiders. It is very strange not to have a threshold that seals the bottom of the door when closed. You can see all the way out to the parking lot!

Place was okay except that they seemed to have an ongoing issue with Xfinity services.
Pros:

location was between 2 appointment locations, so it served a purpose. The rate was great for the area and type of room wanted. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The TV cable system would not work properly. Staff tried to fix it, but could not. Offered to move us to another disabled room, but that TV would not work either. So, be the offered a regular room AND let us keep the disabled room to take showers. Too complicated. Very disappointed.

Pros:

Clean and modern, but best feature was amazing, super helpful front desk staff. Also had a Level 2 charger available

Great location for a northbay stay for work.

Pros:

Our room was comfortable and clean. The property is very quiet at night, no street noise. It’s about 10 minutes to Golden Gate bridge and 20-25 minutes to San Francisco main tourist attractions. Also very friendly and helpful receptionist.

Great place to stay & very close to S.F. city center.
Pros:

We were a little worried about staying outside of S.F. but it was only a 20 minute drive across the Golden Gate Bridge to get to S.F. The hotel was clean, quiet, with very nice staff. Looked new & modern. Beds comfortable. There was a Peets coffee very near but ended up using the in room Nespresso machine! There's also a nearby Boudin Bakery/ restaurant. Would definitely stay here again. We were going to ferry over to S.F. but it was raining so we drove over and found a 20$ all day parking, so no problem.

Can't think of anything!

It was very clean and neat. And the staff were very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The light switches were those new ones and were a little complicated, but I figured them out.
