Room was okay. Tv didn’t work but was told before hand. Area is suspect at best

People in the room above mine were walking around making the ceiling creak and keeping me awake until 3am.
I had to leave $20 cash only at the reception as a deposit for the room key

Super basic, no frills

Cockroaches in our room, bathroom, crawling on top of suitcases. No vent in bathroom so you had to open the window which led to an alleyway which was full of homeless people. They tried to get into our room thru the bathroom during the middle of the night while we were sleeping. I asked for handicapped room which they said they had but when we got their, there wasn’t any handicap facilities. Walker doesn’t fit thru bathroom door. No grab bars in shower, no shower seat, toilets are very low to the ground. There is only 6 parking spaces available for 20 rooms. Very awful place. Do not stay here. A very horrible place. Ac only gets cold to 67 degrees. No extra pillows or towels. The manager/owner screamed at my kids for ringing the bell at 3am when we lost our key at Santa Monica pier. She told us to Sleep in our car until morning that’s when the office will be open.

I was staying with my girlfriend in the hotel room when we found a roach crawl under the bed so we went to the front desk to change rooms and they accepted. The next room was even worse with intense pee stains and sweat stains all over the bed, hair on the bed sheets and towels, patched holes in the wall that was fixed with a very sloppy job, white stains on the couch, broken air conditioner, cracked shower walls, broken wall outlets, cracked mirror, and very few immunities and towels in the bathroom. The rude staff that accused me of doing all of the stuff to their room. They raised their voice at me when I informed them of everything in the room when I remained in a very calm manor. Extremely unprofessional. I submitted my refund through Expedia and provided them with photographic evidence of the hotel room.

I checked in at 8pm and left for good at 11pm the girl at reception was nice and professional. But this spot is not that good! Graffiti in the closet. The mirror in the bathroom is shattered and burn marks all over the sink... it's just janky! I mean it was only $100 but still kind of gross

No a/c. Sheets were rough. Bare bones basics.

Poorly maintained property. Not worth the money, better to stay at a property off of ventura blvd.

Never again , they claimed to not have my reservation and told me that I had to call Expedia . But somehow found it and they had to manually put my info in. Rooms smelled like cigarettes and place looks run down

Very clean and comfortable

The budget motels in general never really have clean floors so I just bring my own cleaning supplies bedding towels and lighting and make it cozy. Just when I was about to depart the room, 2 little roaches came out from under the bed to see me off and left the room cleaner as it should be.

Pictures of the property are outdated. The room itself was not in good condition. At least it was functional so it made the stay bearable. The towels seemed clean but some hair could be spotted on some and also around the room. It definitely needs a refresh.

Didn't like much at all it was dirty and TV didn't work.

I am on a business tour with my company and the hotel is a perfect location with so many restaurants and convenience stores made it easy and pleasant, clean rooms and comfortable quiet as well.

awful experience, did not end up staying here after check out. there was dirty bed sheets , cigarette stains and burns absolutely everywhere in the room. black hairs all over the bed sheets as well as not a clean space …. took pictures of everything and i want a refund
