Pros:

Very nice place to stay in Cat Ba! The room with the view on the lake was really clean and confortable, the hotel is well situated on the island. Jenny, the host, is very kind and helpful in order to organize tours, motorbike renting or even bus tickets to your next destination. All of that for a very cheap price and a nice included breakfast!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Im Hotel wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Ausflüge, Bike und Weitertransport würden organisiert.

Pros:

Hele lieve host die echt in alles mee dacht, vooral in welke activiteiten het best zou zijn voor onze tijd en het weer.
Verder was deboottour die we hier hgenoekt hadden heel erg mooi en goed verzorgd.
De kamer was schoon met een ruime kamer en badkamer.

Pros:

Everything was great. Easy walk in to town or to the beach but far enough away that it was quiet at night. The breakfast was good. The staff were all very lovely- Jenny was great, helped with buses and tours and anything else I needed.
The room was big, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel was situated close enough to the centre and some beaches to be convenient, but not too close to cause noise during the night. The staff was very friendly and help when needed.

Cons:

The water in the sink leaked, but it didn't cause too much trouble.

Fantastic comfortable hotel experience with exceptionally accommodating hostess.
Pros:

Our hostess Jenni, really made our stay comfortable, right from greeting us when we arrived to scooter rentals, delicious breakfasts and arranging transportation for our onward trip! The beds were comfy, room was spacious (complete with a/c, heater, bar fridge, hot shower and great views) everything was great 😃 Then after arranging our seamless trip (no transfers and direct to our hotel) to Ninh Binh, I realized I left behind one piece of luggage, with the passports, computer, etc. Jenni arranged for this to miraculously arrive directly to our hotel within 4 hours of us arriving here. Beautiful! Can't say enough about her and our stay at Bao Phoc...a truly excellent experience!!

Cons:

Leaving, we didn't like that it was time to go..... We will be back!
