Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a view of the Ganges from the window. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The music was playing a little loud in the hallway, it could be heard well into the room.

Nothing except location...

Cons:

Rooms having foul smell of water seepage...No proper cleaning done by staff...Breakfast was included in package but not given timely and up to mark...No one listen when you say something...except location nothing is good for money....Network issues...

Pros:

The location and the staff's help when AC stopped working in the middle of the night.
They gave me a new room where AC worked so that i could sleep well.

Cons:

The Room size was small plus no Room service and flat screen TV as promised prior to booking..

Just because of the manager's behaviour and staff's co-operation i give better rating..

Booking.com i hope u stop fooling people..

I know its u in collaboration with hotel owners just fooling people and extracting money from them while problems are left to be faced by customers like me and underpaid staffs

I am giving up booking.com fooling me since 2021

Cons:

Dirty. Everything is dirty! Dirty bed with spots, dirty floor, dirty everything!
The stuff say "ok" to everything and do nothing.
The price is extra high for such accommodation

there is probably no better location to spend the night by the Ganges River. but a very dirty hotel
Pros:

The only thing that matters about this accommodation is the location, down the stairs and right next to the rite. the rest is completely incomplete!
The terrace is a plus, with a direct view of the Ganges River!

Cons:

Dirt. completely untidy rooms, you need a brigade there!
the most disturbing thing is the dirty bed linen, specifically someone's footprint was on the blanket.

The place is very shoddy and is not value for money

Cons:

Floor, bed, washroom were unclean. Bedsheets were stained. There was hair on bed and seemed like someone used it prior. There was no ventilation in the room and there were mosquitoes
