Pros:

Very new and clean facilities. There's washing machine, fridge, cooking stove, pan, pots, dishes and cutlery. No microwave, but you can use one in 7-ELEVEN shop on the first floor, it works 24/7. Great location - short walk to cafes, convenient-stores, there is ski rental in the building with good prices and they offered us 40% discount on ski lifts at High1. You need cash to buy ski lifts though.
We got clean towels and 2 water bottles per room every day.

Cons:

Quite small room, but considering the price it's okay. We stored ski in the car, didn't bring them to the room.

위치도 좋았고 방은 좀 좁은편이나 혼자 묵기에는
불편함 없었습니다
무엇보다 침대가 너무나 편안했고 가성비 최고의 숙소네요

깨끗하고 신설이여서인지 냄세도않나고 바로앞이 고속도로였는데 자동차 소음전혀 몰랐구여 사람들 현관문 들락날락 거리는소리 화장실 소리 전혀없이 조용히 잘지내었요...기회되면 또 갈까합니다 주말성수기아닐때 가격이 쫌 내리겠죠??ㅎㅎㅎ그래도성수기주말비용치고는싸게잘다녀왔네요... 뷰는 없어요ㅠ.ㅠ

원룸형 주거시설을 호텔처럼 운영하는 곳이라 별도의 조식서비스 없음.
삼시세끼 밖에서 해결해야하나 근처가 관광지이므로 먹을 곳은 많이 있음.
자차로 이동하며, 하루이틀 쉬기는 적당한 곳임. 근처 민둥산 등산과 하이원카지노에서 머리식히기... 도박중독 노!노!

Pros:

침구와 욕실은 매우 청결하고 프론트 직원들도 아주 친절합니다. 오피스텔 빌딩이라 스탠다드 룸의 크기는 좀 협소한 편이나, 주방시설이 갖추어져 있어 취사가 가능합니다. (식기는 없음)

공간이 협소하긴 하지만 깔끔하게 관리되어 혼자 이용하는데 불편이 없었습니다. 작은 테라스와 마주 보이는 산과 철도도 운치있고요.

낮에는 괜찮은데 저녁시간이면 주차공간부족으로 찻길에 세워야 되요
그런데 주변호텔도 다 그런듯 합니다
시설 깨끗하고 최근건물이라 조용하고 좋아요
