Very good
Pros:

Ecoland 88 Apartelle and Suite is a good deal for the price. It's close to SM City Davao and various restaurants, which is really handy. The room was clean. The people who work there were helpful, and they let me check in late. If you want a simple and well-located place to stay that doesn't cost too much, this is a good choice.

Cons:

It's quite far from Davao's city center (Roxas Night Market, City Hall, San Pedro Church, People's Park, Bankerohan, etc), which can be a hassle if you want to have a city tour.

Pros:

They couldnt find the booking, then they give me a 1 single bed room (for 3 adults 1 infant, then they "upgrated" to 1 queen and 1 double bunk, in 1 little room, no water or kettel to make coffee. Not a place i will use again.

Dishonest hotel information
Pros:

I booked the room for 5 people. When we arrived for check in, we were to that only 4 people could stay at the booked price and we would have to pay an additional P500 for the 5th person! So we paid it because we had no choice. This is >very wrong!!!
