Pros:

el desayuno corrrecto y la ubicación muy bien, muy bien comunicado

Cons:

el hotel le conviene una reforma, los enchufes de la habitación no funcionan, lo sustituyen por una regleta de enchufes y alli se tiene que enchufar todo, el último día no me limpiaron la habitación

Pros:

Hotel datato ma nel complesso aveva tutto quello che serviva, bagno in camera, TV, aria condizionata e frigo. Per il rapporto qualità/prezzo andava bene una notte di solo pernottamento. Ottima la posizione in quanto si trova vicino al mare. Personale gentile.

Da evitare. Qui vanno fatti degli investimenti, il proprietario si dovrebbe vergognare!
Pros:

Salvo solo la colazione che era molto buona, ma la decadenza della struttura non ha risparmiato la macchina del caffè, anch'essa rotta, funzionava a singhiozzi.
Lo staff, dal direttore al cameriere e al custode, è TOP ma il contesto in cui è costretto a lavorare non consente di alzare il giudizio generale.

Cons:

la struttura non ha standard di decoro adeguati, gli impianti sono fuori norma, le porte delle camere sono fuori norma, i bagni sono indecenti, gli impianti di climatizzazione non funzionano e sono vetusti. I materassi sono degli anno d'oro della struttura, l'arredo è quello della colonia dell'oratorio. Non ci sono prese a norma. L'ingresso ha un odore nauseabondo e tutta la struttura puzza di RSA

Purtroppo l'unica nota positiva era la posizione.
In inverno non erano assolutamente pronti ad aprire e ospitare clientela.

Cons:

Bagno datato e miscelatore doccia rotto (usciva solo acqua bollente) quindi niente doccia oer due giorni.
Corridoio e sala pranzo con una temperatura improponibile, mancanza di prese di corrente in stanza ( solo una): ho messo le sveglie di notte per ricaricare più dispositivi uno dietro l'altro.
Parcheggio al costo folle di 18 euro al giorno e una enorme buca a ridosso dell'ingresso del carraio che a momenti si buca una gomma.
Ciottoli all'esterno nel giardino pericolosissimi rotti e alzati che con l'arrivo alle 18 al buio mi stavo quasi per ammazzare.
Consiglio una profonda manutenzione all'impianto elettrico: se attaccavi il phon saltava la corrente.
Colazione ricca e varia ma nota negativa é che non sono esposti gli ingredienti come da normativa : un celiaco o intollerante può solo guardare.
Decisamente da migliorare.

Cons:

Tutto. Bagno senza nemmeno la tendina, i sanitari non si riuscivano ad utilizzare (senza spazio), camera fredda perché non funzionava il riscaldamento. Se attacchi e asciugacapelli salta la corrente, ingresso pericoloso con ciotoli in rilievo e quindi ci si può inciampare. Parcheggio a 18 euro e x entrare se non hai uno suv tocchi sotto causa buca enorme all'ingresso. Nella sala colazione senza riscaldamento devi farla con il giubbino.

Very good price for this part of town. Very lousy management.
Pros:

Nice quiet location near the beach and all tourist attractions. Very polite and helpfull staff. Clean rooms, good breakfast choices. The hotel has its own parking lot, although not very big.

Cons:

Cold room and bathroom, had to use all available blankets for the night. The patio at the entrance is dangerously uneven, due to the tree roots, should be fixed.
More than 10 days after our stay at the hotel, we still have not received the invoice.
