Lovely location - spacious room - great view.
Pros:

I stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel has a unique location and it's surrounded by amazing nature. I visited it out of the peak season so there were less people that I really appreciated. The balcony view was spectacular! The room was clean and spacious. The staff a bit reserved at first but once you get to talk to them they all turned friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not exceptional but for undemanding guests like me it was perfect. They are serving also dinners that were always great! In addition there is a coffee bar included so in case you're coming back from hikes in the afternoon, you can refresh yourself well. Parking spot is big and free for guests. At the reception floor is a vast area including rest areas and billiards. I was travelling alone so I didnt use that space by myself, but for groups is just perfect!

Cons:

The hotel has 3 stars so according to that there is really nothing to complain about. Maybe a slight smell in the room but that I managed by opening the balcony doors every now and then.

Ruime kamer en heerlijk diner, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Matras van het bed was te hard en te oud. Dit moet echt verbeteren !

Ten tijde van het verblijf viel enige uren de stroom uit ( vanwege de storm) en was er tijdelijk geen water. Personeel deed uiterse best om dit ongerief op te vangen.

Der Ausblick - das wars dann aber auch. Mal abgesehen davon das es die Hölle ist diesen Berg raufzufahren und man danach sich nicht mehr runter traut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist uralt. Das allein stört aber nicht, sondern der Dreck, die ganzen Haare und der Schimmel auf dem Zimmer ist einfach nur ekelhaft. Die Sauberkeit ist -10 und Verständnis für Beschwerden ist nicht da. Einmal abkassiert interessiert es das Hotel nicht, was der Gast denkt. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls eine -10 und wir haben sofort wieder aus gecheckt und das Hotel verlassen. ACHTUNG - wir würden es niemals wieder buchen!!!

Belle vue, mais logement et personnel pas très qualitatif

Localisation parfaite. Très belle vue !

Cons:

Literie très inconfortable, le sommier était composé d’une planche en bois et on a senti les ressorts du matelas toute la nuit. Nous sommes repartis avec un mal de dos atroce.
Vraiment dommage que le confort soit délaissé.

Le personnel n’était pas non plus très chaleureux, pas de bonjour, ni merci, ni au revoir. C’est le minimum à donner aux clients…

Pros:

Iedere dag netjes bed opgemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken. Zelfs af en toe werden de kleren opgevouwen

Cons:

Weinig stopcontacten. Niet mogelijk om telefoon op te laden. Verouderde kamers.
