The Taj Vista Agra -walking distance to Taj Mahal

Friendly staff, they allowed me to stay a bit later after the checkout time. The location is also great, a few minutes walk from Taj Mahal.

Всё было прекрасно, очень заботливый персонал, поменяли доллары на рупии, при встрече спрашивали всё ли у нас хорошо. Раньше заселили, разрешили позже выехать. Накормили завтраком в 12:00, хотя он до 10:00 (мы на него не попали во время). Завтрак вегетарианский, но очень вкусный. В номере было все необходимое, включая тапочки. При выезде спросили, что было не так в номере, для своевременного устранения проблем. Если будем в Агре, только в The Taj Vista!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the homestay. Mr. Ramesh Wadhwa and Anil provided truly excellent customer service throughout my stay. They were extremely welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
Their hospitality made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. They ensured everything was well taken care of and went the extra mile to make guests feel at home.
I highly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to providing great service. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

スタッフの人がとても良い人で、働き者でした。エアコンがつかなかった時や、冷蔵庫のスイッチがわからなかった時もすぐに来て教えてくれました。
部屋のベットも寝やすく、部屋にいる間はインドのカオスさを忘れられていました。
初のインドでなかなか食事も不安だったのですが、ホテルのルームサービスがかなり美味しく一泊したなかで2回も利用しました笑　近くには良さそうなレストランも見当たらなかったので、価格もお安く質も良いルームサービスをお勧めします！

Ramesh et son fils sont plein d’empathie pour les clients. Des échanges sympa qui rendent le séjour agréable dans cet hôtel à taille humaine. C’est chaleureux tout en étant très pro.

Très belle chambre, propreté irréprochable , Linge de lit et de toilette bien blanc. Bonne pression de douche et eau très chaude. Très proche du Taj Mahal mais suffisamment à l'écart pour ne pas avoir le bruit des klaxons de la rue.
Repas sur terrasse et petit déjeuner excellent. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Allez y les yeux fermés.

L’hotel è ubicato a 5 minuti a piedi dal Taj Mahal, in posizione tranquilla.
La struttura nel complesso si presenta abbastanza curata, ma la cosa che fa la differenza è il proprietario. Un padrone di casa gentilissimo che ci ha aiutato in tutto!

Received warm welcome, nice room alongwith food, all hotel people are very polite and ready to help in all the time to meet our needs.

L’hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla di Agra, con il Taj Mahal comodamente raggiungibile, anche a piedi volendo. Noi abbiamo optato per un tuc tuc pagato pochissimo vista la breve distanza, ma solo perché eravamo stanchi e non avevamo voglia di camminare. Siamo arrivati praticamente all’alba dopo una nottata in treno e i ragazzi dell’hotel ci hanno tenuto in custodia le valigie e ci hanno fatti cambiare nel bagno di servizio al piano terra (pulitissimo), visto che la stanza ovviamente non era pronta. In hotel si sentono pochi rumori esterni. Ambiente impeccabile, dalla reception alla stanza. non è facile trovare una pulizia simile in India per il prezzo pagato, almeno per la nostra esperienza. Camera grande e luminosa, con frigo e set caffetteria e acqua gratuiti. Letto king size, comodo e con lenzuola immacolate. Bagno altrettanto pulito e spazioso. Punto forte il rooftop, io e il mio amico ne abbiamo approfittato per ore prendendo il sole, facendo aperitivo e cena, godendo di un tramonto spettacolare. Servizio in camera e sul rooftop molto efficiente. Hanno un sacco di cose da mangiare, dalla colazione alla cena, a un prezzo più che onesto, vista la qualità ottima delle pietanze. Staff super gentile e rispettoso, mai invadente. Il proprietario si è fatto in quattro ordinando online una cosa che ci serviva e che avevamo dimenticato di portarci dietro, il tutto nel giro di un’ora! Durante il nostro aperitivo sia il proprietario che suo padre, persona super gentile, si sono avvicinati per assicurarsi che fosse tutto a posto e mettendosi a totale disposizione per qualsiasi cosa.
Da non dimenticare la connessione WiFi che copriva egregiamente tutti gli spazi dell’hotel, compresi quelli esterni.
L’ospitalità di queste persone vale 10 stelle, come tutto il resto.
Personalmente mi sento di consigliare questa struttura per un soggiorno ad Agra!

Struttura vicina al Taj Mahal, si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. Staff gentile e accogliente!
Stanze pulite! La cena è ottima! Forse un pò da rivedere la colazione, non c'era tantissima scelta.
Lo consiglio cmq vivamente, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, pour un rapport qualité prix excellent !
Ramesh, notre hôte, a été au petit soin, il parle même un peu français, ce qui est très appréciable !
Je vous conseille cette adresse les yeux fermés si vous passez à Agra.

I really liked the location it’s superb and within walking distance of the Taj Mahal, which makes logistics very easy. The property is clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and the rooms are a good size with a nice view. Even though my room didn’t have a balcony, the large window made the room feel open (not claustrophobic at all). Warm water was reliable, and overall it felt like very good value for the price given the location.
