请大家千万不要住这间民宿,体验非常非常非常差
Cons:

服务非常差,第一次进去都可以正常使用密码进去房间,因晚上有出去吃晚餐,回来后房间不能进去,打了很多通电话也无人接听,墙壁贴着2个电话号码,另一个电话接起了竟然说这个分行不属于他规管,所以也没有要帮我解决问题的意思,当时是晚上9点左右,应该也没有算很迟吧,现在是怎样啊,说有任何问题都可以打电话找员工解决,但电话一直没接,whatsapp信息也不回复,我是住客在外面等了那么久,房间不能进去
隔天早上6点才回复我信息 说(你不是已经check in了吗)这句是什么意思啊,checkin后续有问题就不需要解决了吗?
你们的态度就是这样吗?不解决客户的问题的,这问题也非常严重,我无法进去我的房间,我要如何休息?

The best ever, value for money
Pros:

The owner of the property was very helpful and responsive, their staff were super responsive, even at late nights prompt reply to messages, they made our stay the best, back street of homestay was very noisy all night til 4am, very disturbed sleep all night, due to some event, no issues with the property, we wish all the best to their team. Cheers! Chakx

Pros:

Everything is not good at all.

Cons:

The aircond was not functioning. Soo hot. Room soo smelly with cooking smell from back of restaurant. Toilet dirty. Im pregnant and i asked if i can change room. But it full already. I cant stand at all. I check out after 2 hours stay. Go other hotel and check in. I asked for partial refund but not entertain at all. Bad service. Dont come if you cant stand with Chinese food smell.
