Exceptional
Pros:

Is a wonderful and peaceful place with a magic garden, the bed is big and confortable with a good smelling sheets. You can walk around and be very happy.
Ketut was very helpful and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The only thing is that I thought that the property was nearer to the beach, despite that, If you like to walk you can be in 20 min by walk in diamond beach

Nice from outside but we feel cheated
Pros:

The staff gave us a very warm welcome and the place looks really lovely when you arrive there. Staying in the garden looks everything very new and clean.

Cons:

The Deluxe and Superior rooms have the same pictures and the details of both rooms are identical. However, one room has a glass front directly in front of the bed, with view of the green surroundings. As superior is more expensive and the details are identical we were sure that this room must be superior. So we booked the more expensive room online, but where tould at arrival, that the room with the view is deluxe and was already taken for 5 days.
We were told, there are TWO superior and ONE deluxe room. The two superior rooms are just two normal, closed rooms without a view.
Oh well, disappointed but, ok... what else.
On the second day of our stay, a young lady arrived who had booked the third and LAST room. ATTENTION: she had booked a deluxe room (the cheap one that is supposed to offer the great view) but she got the same room as us.
So resume: both of the other guest booked deluxe, one got the beautiful view in to the greens, one got the same room as we. But we payed more then 150.000 more. We felt cheated.

What's more, the day when all the rooms were full, it was still possible to book both room variants on booking.

Writing the owner was for nothing. He was not interested.
