Clean, modern and lovely, In a good location.
Pros:

Everything was absolutely fine. Everything was so clean and staff very helpful. Good facilities in the room and bathroom. The location was good as well only 10-15 minutes walk to the train station and Gallerias. There were lots of restaurants around where we enjoyed the food. Will book again.

Cons:

I am a very light sleeper and the only thing that I didn't like was the noise coming from upstairs floor some days in the morning. Something like cleaning or roofing noise.

Exceptional!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Ticino Guesthouse! The neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful, just a short walk from the beautiful Navigli canals with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The location is excellent — the M4 metro line is literally a minute away, and the M2 is about 8–10 minutes on foot, taking you to the city centre in around 15 minutes. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the whole apartment felt freshly renovated and well cared for. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan!

Perfect for exploring Milan old and new.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Just a short walk from Vetra metro station which is great for Linate airport. It is only a 25min stroll to the Duomo in one direction and to Navigli in the other.
The apartment is clean and perfect for a city base, to explore Milan.

Cons:

The building next door was being renovated so the 8am drilling/hammering was a bit much…but not the fault of TGH.
There should be a night light in the bathroom…having to fumble about for a light switch is annoying.
