Mi estancia en este hotel en Mérida fue simplemente excepcional. Desde antes de mi llegada, el personal estuvo en contacto conmigo para asegurarse de que tuviera todo lo necesario: desde opciones de masaje hasta recomendaciones de tours. Su amabilidad y atención al detalle realmente marcaron la diferencia.
Al llegar, me encontré con un hotel impecable, limpio, con un aroma delicioso y una atmósfera encantadora. Las habitaciones son hermosas, amplias, temáticas, perfectas para descansar, silenciosas y bellas. En todo momento el personal fue extremadamente amable; cuando necesité reservar una noche adicional, me ayudaron de inmediato y sin complicaciones, en el restaurante la atención fue maravillosa y de todos los que trabajan ahí siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a ir más allá por lograr lo que necesitábamos.
Toda mi estancia fue maravillosa de principio a fin. Sin duda, volvería y lo recomendaré ampliamente a cualquiera que viaje a Mérida. Además, su ubicación es perfecta, a solo unos minutos de Paseo Montejo, una zona preciosa para caminar y disfrutar.

- Very good location close to many bars, restaurants, and the historic city center
- No dedicated on-site parking
(However, short-term parking across the street is possible for loading and unloading luggage during check-in and check-out.)
- Our room on the first floor (ground level) was quite dark and received little natural light
- Soundproofing towards the hallway could be improved
- Minibar items are not included. There was a brief misunderstanding regarding bottled water, but after clarification the staff trusted us and no charges were applied
- Due to the central location, noise from nearby bars and restaurants was noticeable in our room until late at night
- A repetitive pump noise (?) occurred during the first night, but the night guard was able to resolve it after we reported the issue
- Bathroom: the hand shower had an uneven spray, and the rainfall shower had rather low water pressure

Maravilloso hotel centrico
This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at . The hotel is beautiful , rooms are spotless clean , bedding and towels are first class . Breakfast was included , incredible food and service .

Breakfast was cold not very good, 0nly ate there once. Public areas were nice.
First of all, the main reason I reserved the MASTER SUITE is because of the Large Bath Tub and the Plunge Pool. There was NO soaking Tub so I am extremely unhappy about that since I rented the most expensive suite to enjoy the tub. Secondly, there is no heater for the Plunge Pool. I tried to get in it each of the 3 days but the water temperature was such that it was way too cold, so I could not enjoy the Plunge Pool at all. The TV selection was horrible -- Only mexican programming, not one news channel or any english speaking channels from USA. Bed was extremely hard and my back has been sore every day. I should've rented a normal room. The other horrible thing is there is NO PARKING. Had to unload go to a garage which is not part of the hotel and walk 10 minutes back to the hotel, no convenient at ALL!!!
Heerlijk hotel. Goede voorzieningen. Kan je gerust boeken voor een paar dagen. Het personeel is echt erg goed, netjes en voorkomend. Fijn ontbijt. Zal je aan niets ontbreken.
