Stay here, have fun, enjoy Old San Juan
Pros:

Older building and facility with lots of character located in the heart of the action of Old San Juan which for some may not be great but we loved it. Little balcony overlooking the activity. Great stay amongst all the night life

Have to carry your luggage up the stairs

Location, also due to late night noise. But if you're into clubbing, it's a great place. We only stayed because we had a cruise departing the following morning.

Cons:

Muy cerrada y oscura la habitación. Las ventanas con locker. Muy buena ubicación para salir de fiesta por el viejo San Juan. No podrás dormir hasta las 4 am.

Solo se puede dormir de 1 a 5 AM, por el ruido exterior.

Justo en el centro de actividad

Cons:

El ruido, aislar el dormitorio del ruido y de la claridad, con ventanas y puertas de cierre hermético.
La altura del techo es muy baja con relación a la cama, tuve que caminar encorvado para no golpearme la cabeza.
La escalera sumamente peligrosa! Escalones miu cortos, mucha inclinación y pasamanos muy corto.No se pued

Charming - Inexpensive - Keep Expectations Grounded.
Pros:

The location is amazing. These old buildings are charming and being in the middle of everything is a definite PLUS. The room was clean - the AC Cold - and the bed was comfy. The rooms are laid out weird and it all seems in various states of construction. Outlets on walls 8 feet up. The neon sign took up most of the improvements budget. I would definitely come back and I look forward to seeing them improve this gem of a property. Some other guests complained of the noise, and there was noise, but why the heck come to PR if not to enjoy a good party and watch others do the same. if you want quiet - there are some nursing homes in the middle of the island OR put on the provided ear plugs and take a chill pill.

Cons:

I think the service could have been better. When I called the number for assistance - I did not get a greeting - just "Hello" - I had to ask if it was the hotel...could be better at answering the phones and not sound like im inconveniencing them. There was a young man at the top of the stairs when we arrived - he pointed us to our room, but he did not offer to help with our luggage. there are alot of precarious stairs heading up to our room. Plumbing seems to be an issue as well.

The noise at night due to the club/ bar across the street was a bit disappointing. We had to get up at 2:45 to be at airport at 4 and didn’t get any sleep

La posizione é perfetta, super centrale, e l’ambiente é pulito.

Cons:

Circa 1 ora prima di effettuare il check in ci é stato comunicato che non ci sarebbe stata acqua calda nella struttura.
