really clean property well kept. Amol/ Anmol had good housekeeping service, everything we requested was sent immediately

Pros:

Nice and big rooms, clean and spacious, we had two rooms, one of them had some damage to the wall which was not repaired but aside from that all nice and clean. Liked the decor and colours. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great too. The staff was very courteous and helpful all the time. Great hotel!

Hotel nuovo, camere ampie e ben arredate. Buona colazione.
Buona posizione in Haridwar per raggiungere l'aeroporto.

Cons:

Camere senza finestre e debole ricambio d'aria
Un po' lontano dal centro.

Pros:

Personál byl velmi vstřícný. Působil vyškoleným dojmem. Bohužel nám nedokázal pomoci na opakované upozornění bouchání dveří v noci, kde jsme měli hlavy a budilo nás to 2 dny v kuse. Po volání na recepci se nic nedělo a nezměnilo. Kuchyně skvělá. 10/10 Rádi se vrátíme.

Pros:

Very courteous staff and fabulous new property. Breakfast had good spread.

Cons:

Bit far from key points and hard to find transport esp during night. But, manageable. Hotel can consider providing shuttle for airport and station

Pros:

After two fights we got a big room. We had paid a lot of money and got a smal room without window. After that a small, cheaper room. But still, we had paid the higher amount. The lady at the reception was not helping out. She even forgot to make a copy of the passports and oci. Later our guests came at the restaurant and we were having dinner. Because of her the boy came a couple of times to disturb us for the passorts and oci. But it was at the room. It was not professional.

The breakfast was not good, no flavour.

Outside there was only mud. We had to walk far and it was dangerous to cross the bridge.

After staying at so many great hotels, this was the worst experience.

Pros:

Property was clean, staff was very respectful, however there were some issues;
Power interruptions caused TV channels to go to default, the TV volume to high. When we arrived in the room TV was asking to recharge and put money in account, when we called the reception they said they will send someone soon but noone came.

We found that the price charged by expedia was much more than what the room was being offered that day about 30% more.


We asked some reasonable discount for our troubles like 10 to 20% on the room rate but they only offered 20% on food purchases
