Cons:

1. Tôi đặt phòng Dulex gia đình - 35m2 nhưng 1 phòng rèm không đủ che tối để ngủ, rất chói. Gọi cho lễ tân thì bảo hết phòng. Tôi cũng ráng ngủ nhưng không được đành phải đi xuống lễ tân với ý định trả phòng, lúc này lễ tân mới xếp cho tôi 1 phòng khác và đề nghị phụ thu thêm 300k/2 đêm vì phòng này rộng hơn. Tôi cũng hơi khó chịu vì bị đẩy vào thế như vậy nhưng vì muốn chuyến du lịch của nhà mình được vui vẻ nên tôi đã chấp nhận.
2. Khi đổi lên phòng mới, có rộng hơn thật nhưng có mùi tanh nhẹ, khi quan sát một lúc thì tôi nhận ra có mấy bãi phân chim ở ban công và khinh khủng nhất là là một đống rác ở dưới bồn rửa mặt chưa được dọn. Vì có cánh tủ gỗ che lại nên không nhìn thấy… Tôi đã báo lễ tân và được hỗ trợ dọn dẹp, cho mượn máy xông phòng… Tuy nhiên cảm giác rất tệ.
Tôi không muốn quay lại nơi này lần nào nữa!

Toilet sạch nhưng rút nước hơi chậm, dép đi trong phòng hơi cũ
