Tout était parfait, sauf qu’en nuit nous sommes passés d’un hôtel quatre étoiles à un vulgaire hôtel. Un grand nombre de personnes mal éduqué ont débarqué dans l’hôtel, ce qui a créé pour moi de gros désagrément, impossible de retourner manger dans le restaurant de l’hôtel. Ce message n’est pour discriminer aucune communauté car avant leur arrivée, il y avait des gens de cette même communauté qui se comportait tout à fait normalement comme des gens bien éduqués, mais le matin avant la prière, c’était vraiment une catastrophe pour moi il faut mettre des gardiens dans le restaurant qui malheureusement joue le rôle d’éducateur.

كل شيء جميل في الفندق النظافه والاستقبال وخصوصا ا. عبدالله. وكذلك المطعم الاكل منوع ونظيف ومنتهى التنظيم والنظافه والمعاملة الراقية.وكذلك البولمان وعمال الهاوس كيبنج كل من في الفندق منتهى الاحترام الصراحه.

Séjour agréable à proximité du masjid nabawi sharif avec un personnel très agréable
Pros:

Le personnel aux petits soins et super agréable. Baraka llaho fikom!
La localisation à quelques pas de masjid nabawi même si côté sud un peu moins animé que le cote nord du masjid mais il y’a tout à côté et c’est plus calme.

Cons:

Tout était parfait ! Peut être la taille de la chambre standard double pas très spacieuse mais ça reste cohérent avec la surface de 21 m2 indiquée sur booking.
Et une machine à café sera appréciée au petit déjeuner.

Free upgrade in room given at counter, amd extremely close to Masjid Nabewi. Staff service time was very quick.
