Moyen maus personnel très agréable
Pros:

C'est une grande chambre, il y a 1 coffre-fort, de la place donc, on était à l'arrière pas côté rue, donc moins bruyant, au 5ème étage. Le personnel très gentil, a pu nous guider sur 1 application pour se déplacer. On a pu apprécier des petits restaurants où les locaux mangent et goûter des bons plats vietnamiens juste à côté à droite (cela ne paie pas de mine) mais excellent ! A gauche au carrefour prendre à droite et sur la droite un restau local où on mange aussi TB.

Cons:

Très petite salle de douche en marbre, donc ça glisse, la porte de la douche s'ouvre sur l'extérieur, donc pas pratique pour se poser sur le tapis de bain. La 2ème nuit réveillés à 2h du matin, car ils font aller les machines à laver en pleine nuit et on a entendu l'essorage toute la nuit. Une personne est entrée dans notre chambre un soir, porte impossible à fermer de l'intérieur, donc sécurité et intimité moyen. Le personnel n'a pas bien pu nous renseigner. On est à 7kms du vieux quartier à visiter d'Hannoï, donc pas pratique. Utilisez l'application Grab pour vos trajets, prix garantis.

Cons:

ReservaWe booked two rooms at the last minute, with three beds in total, and of the higher category available. When we arrived, they didn’t have those rooms anymore — which honestly wouldn’t have been a problem, considering it was a last-minute booking.

The real issue was the terrible attitude of the person at reception — rude, unhelpful, and doing the bare minimum to assist us. To make matters worse, they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied, and the other room smelled strongly of tobacco and had unbearable noise from the next room, where two people were clearly “enjoying their night.”

When we asked for a solution, the receptionist suggested that one of us could sleep next to her at the reception desk, offering only a blanket. When we requested compensation, she offered just a 10% discount.

As expected, we decided to leave. The facilities were also not clean, so we looked for an alternative place to stay.

Mình đưa con nhỏ lên bệnh viện y khám. Do không hẹn trước nên khách sạn hết phòng. Quản lý rất chu đáo đặt cho 2 bố con phòng ở ksan khác và còn tặng voucher kèm tiền taxi cho 2 bố con. Hôm sau mình quay lại ksan và chắc chắn lần sau tới sẽ lại quay lại tiếp
