Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was a little noisy because it was close to the freeway and a suggestion would be to add more lights because the room felt very very dark.

Pros:

Great place to stay with family! The decor is like a lodge, I know it’s a hotel but it feels like a lodge, they did a great job with all the little details in the rooms and the common areas. The outdoor area is great for couples the canoe fire pits are a great touch on chilly nights, I’ll be back for sure.

Pros:

The entire experience was lovely and met all of my needs! Sarah at the front desk was especially spectacular and gave me all the info on the amenities of the property. They have meticulously touched every inch of this place and it shows. I love the themes, patterns, and attention to design of rooms they chose. The courtyard was especially cool.

I look forward to staying here in the winter!

Nice but in need of some minor improvements.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the service prompt and friendly. The overall decor in the hotel is unique and well done. The rooms were decorated very simply but I really liked it...had an outdoorsy feel to it. The room/bath were very clean. The bed was pretty comfortable

Cons:

Need friendlier staff at the front desk to greet and check guests in. The employee we encountered was brusque and bordered on unfriendly. When asked about Bozeman and things to do or places to go she didn't seem to know anything and didn't even offer any info we might look at to find something ourselves. My husband saw a map at one end of the front desk and asked if he could have one...if he hadn't seen this it certainly wouldn't have been offered. The room we had was also very noisy from the highway and street traffic. I don't know if new windows might help this issue, but if I'm a business traveler in need of sleep, this is a major annoyance. If you're a first thing in the morning coffee drinker you either have to settle for instant in your room or trek down to the restaurant to get a cup. I think this is an improvement that really needs to be considered. The bathroom is VERY small and the door doesn't open all the way b/c it would break the glass shower door if it did. Not a big deal unless you're getting up in the middle of night in a dark room and forget the door is partially closed. Also, the automatic bathroom light is annoying in the middle of the night as well. Perhaps a night-light mode so it's not so blinding?

Pros:

The perfect accessible room. I had no problems getting around the room or using the bathroom with my walker. We loved the decor and atmosphere. Woke up to a lovely Mountain View. After we checked out, we got a call from the Lodge saying my husband left his Kindle Fire in the room.Amazing customer service!
