The host is a special person, kind and helpfull, who loves his job, and it is immediatly clear. This is not only an hotel, but a childhood dream. The room was large with stylish forniture. We had a rich breakfast with homemade dishes. Wake up immersed in a wood has no price.

Everything was perfect, very recommended

Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus par Armen, qui a proposé de venir nous chercher à la station de bus et nous a même redéposés à notre départ. Armen est aux petits soins et très réactif, il nous a offert un café à notre arrivée et nous a fourni une couverture et un radiateur supplémentaires pour nous tenir chaud. Chambres spacieuses, modernes et literie très confortable. Nous nous sommes bien reposés et en avons profité pour visiter les hauteurs de Alaverdi !

Très bon accueil par le responsable de l’hôtel. On ne peut actuellement pas manger sur place car le restaurant est en cours de construction. Petit déjeuner disponible.

Very clean

Very friendly and helpful host. Goes above and beyond. We needed air for our car tire and he helped us out. The bed was so comfortable that we are investigating getting one at home. Breakfast was very tasty and more than enough to fill you up. The property is beautiful and quiet.

Staff was amazing, helped us with many things, organized special breakfast. Great service, we will return!

This is an absolute gem of a hotel nestled on a quiet wooded hillside above the town. It's all pretty new and decorated thoughtfully and with high quality products. We loved the green forest outside of our window and the owner is lovely too. He was friendly, attentive, and prepared a fabulous spread for breakfast. 10/10 would recommend!!

La struttura è gestita principalmente da Armen, che ha una attenzione e una gentilezza fuori dal comune nel confronti degli ospiti, dei quali a volte sembra anticipare i desideri.
La posizione è estremamente tranquilla, inoltre è ottima per visitare i punti d'interesse nella zona.
La stanza e l'intera struttura sono nuove, ben curate e con molti particolari che la rendono davvero piacevole.
Colazione varia, anche con prodotti cucinati al momento e molto buona.
Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e come a casa.
