Beautiful place, very clean. Gives the feel of living in a castle. All services were excellent. The best part is the staff. They're very warm and friendly, and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. The manager Mr. Vivek Singh, Kamal, Digar ji, and the ladies gang, they're all super nice. Kasar Devi Temple is just 10-15 min away by road. Perfect.

The property has been very tastefully built and maintained by the owner. The rooms were large, airy, well lit and very well maintained. The washrooms were very clean and hygienic. Staff was friendly and very helpful as we were travelling with a one year old baby. I would definitely rate this as the best places to stay in and around Almora. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Magnolia Lodge. The property is beautifully situated on a hill, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the city of Almora.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern amenities, with special attention to every little detail. The lodge itself is incredibly comfortable, peaceful and tastefully decorated, featuring interesting artwork, cozy fireplace, various spots to enjoy the beauty of the mountains, stargaze, and birdwatch. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind.
I can't praise the staff enough. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, whether it was through preparing home-cooked meals, local dishes, offering recommendations and arranging sightseeing tours, or driving us around. Everything was impeccable. The owner, Dr. Rawat, is a delightful host with great ideas and exciting projects planned for the lodge.
The lodge is conveniently located near several interesting sites, including Kasar, Guldaar Valley, and the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, where I had the pleasure of doing some hikes with Vivek, the fantastic general manager. He kindly agreed to be my hiking guide, and his company made the experience even better.
I truly hope to return to this gem of a place soon.

This property is amazing and I was stunned to find such a property in Almora. I came here with my mom and we both loved it. The interiors are modern yet classic, reminding you of a chic mini castle in the Tuscan countryside. The view is gorgeous, the rooms are designed with much thought and the staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. The driver Kamal helps you roam around the city safely and the kitchen staff cook delicious home food which you cannot get enough of! We stayed for three nights and it was the best experience. The host Mr Sumant Rawat is also a great guy to chat with and just a warm and welcoming host! It was a 10/10 experience, the place is amazing and you should 100% book this for your stay!

Simply Great

This was hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The cozy, homey vibe made it so comforting that we often didn’t even want to step outside. All the credit goes to the incredible staff—Digger Jee, Kamal Jee, Nandni Di, Leela Di, Deepa Di, and Manager Vivek. Their warmth and care made us feel so welcome that leaving was the hardest part. The food? Absolutely fantastic! We’re already counting down the days until we can return.

Such a beautiful property with an amazing view of the mountains. The food was simple yet delicious. Their wood fired oven pizzas are to die for. The staff and the manager were really kind and helpful.
