Incredible Views & Exceptional Service
Pros:

My booking was confirmed through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the front desk staff refused to acknowledge it and claimed there was no reservation under my name. This was completely unacceptable and very misleading. I was eventually forced to settle for a room that was far below any reasonable standard—dirty, uncomfortable, and looking like a 100-year-old room.
The windows wouldn’t close properly, there was no hot water (which is essential in a place like Nagarkot), and overall it was not a room where anyone could comfortably rest. This experience was extremely disappointing given the amount they charge. However, I want to mention that the man at the front desk was genuinely polite, patient, and tried his best to help despite the confusion. His attitude and willingness to assist were the only positive parts of the experience.

Best resort in Nagarkot, Nepal
Pros:

All rooms were facing the Mountain & Balcony. The resort is spacious and has a lovely garden which other resorts lack. This place was chosen by my fiance. Service was good and I wish my fiance was with me. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend. All new & renovated. 10/10

Cons:

Away from hustle & bustle. Nature. Peace.

Fridge was empty , after booking we visited their but staff was asking multiple unnecessary question. That was little annoying.
