Clean and Quiet
Pros:

Well appointed apartment with pretty much all the equipment you need to self cater. Frequent communications from owners and comprehensive instructions on getting in to garage and apartment.
Provision of a trolley at garage level to take bags and cool boxes to apartment was a welcome touch.
Beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet and clean.

Cons:

No instructions on how to get to the lobby via stairs (the assumption was everyone uses the elevator, not helpful in a fire!). We tried and got stuck in residents parking garage, we might still be there but for a resident finding us and letting us out!
Water pressure not great in shower, also, we knew they cleaned with bleach as the whole place stank of it.
The Clubhouse was very disappointing, but that may be because we (wrongly) assumed it was a place to meet for a drink,

Great appartment, would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Very spacious very clean. Everything was a high spec within the apartment. Very close to cocoa beach and Kennedy space centre. Easy to access, great parking. I would definitely stay here again. The two balconies were an added bonus as the sun moved round the building.

Cons:

Ok this is being really picky - I don’t really want to put anything down here as this was not in the control of the owner and probably just poor luck- the first time we went to the pool a couple were over friendly in the hot tub and the second time we wanted to relax there it clashed with pool cleaning time (for which there was no pre-warning).

Pros:

The location and views from the condo were beautiful. The condo itself was very nice. The River Fly-In property manager was very receptive to our issues with the condo when we first arrived. I appreciate that the condo allowed us an early check in since we had been previously staying with family at another condo at the River Fly-In. Thank you.

Cons:

I did not like that there was construction going on in the complex that was loud and disruptive. At times it was difficult to hear while talking on the phone. I would have appreciated knowing about the construction prior to booking the condo. There was significant mildew on the seat and inside both toilets. We had to run the hot water for one hour because of the strong rotten egg smell of sulfur water? The property manager did come to clean the toilets and was the one who advised us what to do about the hot water smell. It would have been helpful if someone had checked the condo prior to our arrival and had noted the issues we found.

These condos are nice, close to amenities, cocoa village and cocoa beach. Quiet location. I’d refer a friend to stay h
Pros:

Condo was modern, clean, and comfortable grounds were well kept.

Cons:

My garden view was literally the garden of the condo below me. Water pressure in the shower stall was weak, but the pressure in the tub shower was great.

A great place to stay in a nice and friendly community.
Pros:

Clean, beautiful, well furnished and well equipped flat. Nice pool area, clean and tidy gym with good equipment. Helpful and attentive staff. Good parking facilities, underground and on surface. Overall great.

Cons:

For four days out of seven the water heater in the flat failed meaning missed morning showers and general inconvenience. The staff did its best to fix the problem, but it recurred the next day. This gradually turned a nice vacation into an annoying experience.

The space was nice just not very clean and the water smelled up the place. The agent was very attentive to our complain

Cons:

Sulfur water smell the dishes and silverware and pots were dirty in the cabinets and drawers and had to clean them before use. The floors needed sweeping the was hair and other dusk on floors and in corners.
