Just being picky — they don’t have on-site laundry. However, there’s a laundromat-style service at Parque Balneário Mall, very affordable and just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Drop off your laundry and enjoy breakfast at the mall while you wait.

the Gym was terrible, it was better say they don´t have it at all. Old machines, they dont have even a walking treadmill

I recently stayed at this “Hotel” and I must say, it was a horrifying experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone, especially those with elderly family members. My 80-year-old mother and I were subjected to the sounds of a pornographic film being recorded in the adjacent apartment, and it was beyond inappropriate.

Despite bringing this matter to the attention of the receptionist, we were simply brushed off with the explanation that the individual responsible for the noise was a "regular guest" who apparently finds it acceptable to film such content within the hotel premises.

This situation was not only embarrassing but also deeply disturbing. Hotels are supposed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, especially families. To be subjected to such explicit content in what should have been a familiar setting is completely unacceptable.

Guests should not have to endure the discomfort and shock of stumbling upon pornographic activities during their stay. Until appropriate measures are taken, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and family-friendly accommodation option.
