Pros:

This was the 1st Time i have Been to Malborough i came here to go to a Gig nearby.so i stayed in this hotel because it was near to the Venue.The Room was Lovely Everything i Needed Plenty of Tea and Coffee the Room Clean and Tidy and even the Bed Was Comfy to for my Good Night Sleep.

Pros:

Location was just what I needed booked last minute very friendly and welcoming would definitely use again. Bedroom was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable.

Work was being carried out next to are door and the staff didn’t tell them we was working nights do not recommend this place as it’s very poor communication between the staff

Pros:

When checking in, the first person i spoke with was brusque, and told me that the person who would check me in was at the other end of the bar, and not the person who I was talking to, who happened to be the owner/ manager of 11years. Just generally unfriendly, which I didn't need after a long car journey.

Pros:

Lovely pub. Bear in mind that it opens until half 1 most nights with music playing. Room was lovely and had everything we needed. Owner was great and really hellful
