Too much money for all the issues
Pros:

Nice spacious modern apartment

Cons:

The service for check in was horrible - no check-in instructions got bounced around from tower to tower carrying bags up and down the carpark and each time having to talk to someone different who can't find my booking and couldn't tell me which tower which I needed to be at, went back and forth between 3x towers twice. Took 2hrs to check-in

Keys and keypass does not work for the pool and gym area. Can go out the exit door but can't swipe back in. Got locked out there and had to use the fire exit to go down to outside of the building on main road and then through the lobby and back up to room to get in.

Relaxing two night beach getaway for a few nice dining options.
Pros:

Great location, with multiple restaurants and cafes just downstairs, and Bokarina beach accessible via concreted footpath.

Cons:

Not the problem of management, but accessibility and directions are a little confusing for now, as the place is very new and searching the address on Google maps takes you to the wrong location.

Nice location, nice apartments but overpriced for the standard we got.
Pros:

Location is fantastic.

Cons:

We weren’t checked in till 4pm. Showers had mould, dryer didn’t work. Conditioner was all clumpy and off so couldn’t be used. Carpets had stains. Balcony faced directly into another building so no view. No one available for checkout, so had to call a 1800 number which delayed our departure.

Great family location
Pros:

The location was great. Bokarina is a newly developed location that is less busy than other tourist spots on the Sunshine Coast. It is great for families.

good stay !
Pros:

cafe downstairs was amazing, rooms were comfortable and what we needed. styl was very nice , couch was comfortable and kitch especially fridge was good. vacume and iron was good to have. veiw was fair and having a veranda was good.

Cons:

Not the cleanest in the bathroom. and not enough towels either. veiw was limited to see beach but it was ok. no dishwashing tablets. bed was hard and coused some back issues for us.

Great holiday stay for family get away with bonus pool table and huge tv in games area.
Pros:

Very luxurious apartment the upper floor was much larger than expected and perfect for watching the fireworks over Mooloolaba

Cons:

Floors weren’t clean on arrival the last guest had left bottle tops and sand on floor and chairs. We spoke to the check in ladies as we also had to wait 40mins past our check in time to get keys. They immediately came and vacuumed the whole upstairs area. Bedrooms two and three were very small.

Easy access, great pool area and close to food and the beach.
Pros:

Location excellent. The room was great.

Cons:

The apartment could have been better appointed. Relatively uncomfortable in the lounge area and the dining chairs are rather flimsy for elderly people. There was only 1 spare roll of toilet paper in the ensuite. you will need to watch for mould in the showers as there is mould in the grout and on the ceiling.
