Hotel muy cómodo y nuevo
Pros:

En mi caso cogí una suite y era enorme y muy cómoda, hiper limpia con una cama que te atrapaba la cual me hizo descansar muy bien, el personal de recepción era muy agradable. Cercano dando un paseo al mausoleo de Amir temur, aprox 19 mnt

Cons:

La terraza de al lado de mi habitación en la tercera planta es descuidada y sucia. La calefacción en los pasillos es extremadamente alta. A pesar de estar en invierno era imposible caminar sin un sofoco, entiendo que es para confort y no pasar frío pero el efecto era todo lo contrario.

При заселении спросил вид завтрака, сказали шведский стол, переспросил точно?? Утвердительно ответили, Да. По факту его не было, т.к. народа мало в отеле, ребята готовят индивидуально, омлет, могут отварить сосиски, сыр, орехи, Но всё приготовление занимает время= значит И завтрак увеличивается тоже по времени, что нужно планировать заранее!!! Всё остальное отлично!

This hotel is very very very clean, everything is new inside, the area around the hotel is clean and safe! The employees of the hotel are very polite, all the time try to help, very friendly enviroment!!! Very good breakfast!!!

Из всего путешествия по Узбекистану, самый хороший отель. Комфортный с большими номерами, удобными королевскими кроватям
Pros:

Прекрасный об’ект , в спальном районе, но в пешей доступности большой проспект, в 30 минутах ходьбы площадь Регистан.

Cons:

Самые хорошие впечатления, немного снизило мою оценку , что во время к заезду не подготовили наши номера.
Так же на завтраке хотелось бы , чтоб официанты были более клиентоориентированными, подходили , помогали сами, так как уровень отеля обязывает и цена тоже не маленькая)
Помещение для завтрака было на самом нижнем этаже и там было очень прохладно и думаю, этот вопрос тоже надо решить. Сам завтрак хороший.

Не убираются в номере как заселились персонал ни заходил ни разу. Не каких 5 звезд не может быть, на букенге одна цена в Реали другая
