Quando cheguei o atendimento foi bastante cortês e o quarto estava arrumado em um ambiente amplo e agradável!

Pros:

A cama auxiliar é dura e não é confortável... Os travesseiros são ruins.
O ar-condicionado não funcionou e pingou a noite toda, faz muito barulho mesmo sem funcionar. As roupas de banho não foram trocadas.
