Very less parking space with smelly rooms

Location and property ambience was good

Cons:

Parking was a difficult task inside the small premise. Getting the car out of the property was another herculean task. Forget the traffic. Getting the car from the small parking out of the gate was almost impossible.
AC remote wasn't working. AC would simply show EC on display and will never go off.
It was never mentioned that there would be only one toilet. 4 people with 1 toilet was very difficult.
Also the exhaust hardly worked. Toilet and rooms were very smelly. After asking for a room spray, a person would hardly use the spray and run away.
