Pros:

Nice and well-maintained hotel, 15 minutes from the airport. Malls are within a walking distance but it’s also very easy to get taxis in the area via app. The breakfast had some variety to choose from.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff
Pros:

We had three rooms and had a lovely stay at the Mercure Muscat. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The reception staff was kind, helpful and professional, and the restaurant team was truly amazing. Everyone was friendly and attentive, which made a big difference for us.

The Omani people are so friendly and peaceful. We came from a hectic place and this hotel was such a calm and pleasant environment. The area is fantastic, with malls just across the street which was very convenient.

We had just left Dubai during a very uncertain moment and arrived quite stressed, but in the hotel we immediately felt safe and well taken care of. The warm atmosphere and the kindness of the staff meant a lot to us and helped us relax after a difficult journey. The rooms were perfect, with very comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.

Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and for making us feel comfortable and secure during that time. We truly appreciated it and would happily give the hotel a 10.

Très bon hôtel bien situé
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé proche de commerce et de tous les lieux, cultes de Mascate.
L’hôtel est propre, la chambre est très grande très spacieuse et très propre. Le lit très confortable aussi et la salle de bain est assez grande. Nous avons vu sur la mosquée, c’était très joli.
Nous avons été aussi à la piscine sur le toit, c’était super.
Je recommande fortement cet hôtel, il est au top.
