A poor imitation of a 4* hotel. Ratings on site are incompatible with our experience
Pros:

A good location for shopping malls, and walkable to main area for local restaurants. A great, large rooftop pool - even if there is only room for just NINE sun loungers around it. That is a crazy design!
Great, responsive elevators! (Damned by feint praise?)

Cons:

We checked in late 00.30 and clearly got a ‘runt’ room. Top floor beneath swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage room above such that water drains were intermittently flowing water through pipes in the ceiling. Noisy! A smoking floor too. Requested a change but no other room available. After FIVE requests the following day we finally got moved to a smaller room - but at least it was quiet. It was not a city view/beach which we had originally booked. It felt like who we booked through did not help how we were treated by the hotel.
Played banal piano music across the pa in the bedroom corridors such that you could hear it (too) well in the bedrooms. Asked for it to be quietened to be told it turns off at 10pm!
Hotel is dry unlike other international hotels.
You receive NO loyalty points if you book through Booking.com. We were there for seven night and not warned of this by booking.com or the hotel.
Check-out is 12 Noon; our key stopped functioning well before.
As above, there is a grossly inadequate supply of sun loungers by the pool.
We wont be going back.

Lettini piscina in ombra, pulizia camera "normale" ma ogni giorno dovevo chiedere qualche cosa....la carta igienica....gel diccia....asciugamano viso.....basterebbe poco per essere molto meglio

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé.
La chambre était spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangement. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, beaucoup de choix entre du sucré et du salé. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment adorable, ils nous ont aidé pour joindre l’aéroport pour récupérer notre valise.

Pros:

The hotel is new and very nice, the apartment was big and clean. The pool area and the spa zone were nice as well. The breakfast was good as well

Cons:

It is very far from everything. You should get a taxi to go to any destination. There was a drama with the taxi company of the hotel, they didn't allow us to order otaxi from the front of the hotel and they were yelling to the taxi drivers which were coming to pick up us. Also we had a problem with the key cards to enter our room. Every single time we were supposed to go to reception and to ask to fix our cards, we were complaining about the problem but the staff didn't react....on the day 6 they decided to give us a complimentary dinner, because of our struggling

Nice hotel, modern and clean
Pros:

The hotel is nice and modern. The room are really clean and the swimming pool is nice.

Cons:

There's no place to chill out in the afternoon and evenings. Only the lobby with air condition. Specially in winter they should provide a terrace or a bar to drink something.

Relativ schöne Zimmer Groß und sauber

Cons:

Lage des Hotels zwischen vielen super breiten Auto Straßen. Man kann das Hotel nur sehr schwer verlassen und jetzt immer auf Taxen angewiesen.
