Pros:

Upon arrival, the front desk was openly rude and hostile when they saw two Asians with a Black friend, despite our prepaid booking for three rooms. We were given noisy first-floor rooms directly above the parking lot and the entrance—car doors, voices and airplane taking off from the airport in the vicinity kept us awake all night. Rooms smelled of rotten eggs, bedsheets were stained, bathrooms had no shower doors (leaving the floor flooded), and by morning reeked of mouldy garlic. The basement gym was hot, stuffy, and foul-smelling.
With the hotel almost empty, staff still refused to change our rooms. I had to pay big tips myself just to get clean sheets and a scrubbed toilet. Unacceptable service and clear discriminatory attitude. Stay anywhere else in Cyangugu.

Pros:

וואו מלון מטורף! המלון הכי טוב שהיינו בו באפריקה. מתוחזק, נקי, שירות מדהים, צוות מאד נחמד שירותי ואדיב. חדר משפחה גדול, מגבות מפנקות. כל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו. כל בעיה שהיתה פתרו במהירות. מזגן בחדר. המסעדה עם אוכל מעולה ולא כ"כ יקר.

Cons:

הדבר היחידי זה שהבריכה היתה קרה. הילדים ציפו לה כל הטיול אבל לא יכלו להיכנס.
בגלל שכמעט תמיד יש עננות באזור וקרירות, ציפיתי ממלון כזה שהבריכה תהיה מחוממת

Super hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, lovely big bed, large rooms. Amazing gym, pool, sauna, steam and best massages.
Impeccably trained staff. So professional and friendly.
Amazing food, compliments to the chef.

Cons:

Amazing Resort!
Pros:

I cant express how amazing this property is! This resort is absolutely beautiful!! The interior decor of the hotel is designed perfectly. The views outside the property of the Congo and Lake Kivu is a showstopper! The food was so delicious and fulfilling. The service from staff was top notch! I highly recommend a stay at this property, it was really amazing!
